One-on-One
Therapy, counseling, and coaching each offer a private place to breathe, reflect, and flourish. We follow the paths your emotional patterns have carved, noticing where they loop, where they fracture, where they lead you without your choosing. Through steady presence and careful reflection, we begin to reorient by walking alongside what arises until a different route becomes possible. We gradually restructure your thoughts, find new forms of feeling, and clear the way for becoming who you are.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is the work of depth. We follow the root system beneath your patterns. Those old emotional roads still shaping how you feel, choose, and act. It's a space where time stretches, meaning emerges slowly, and the self you carry but don’t yet know begins to take form.

Counseling
This is the work of reflection. We meet at a bend in the road: a decision, a disruption, a sense that something’s shifting. Our conversations hold the moment still, just long enough to look closely. We walk around it together, from every angle, until the weight repositions and the way forward feels a little more walkable.
Coaching
Coaching is the work of direction. We start where you are and look toward where you mean to go, tracing the emotional weather that drifts across your focus. You learn to walk in better rhythm with yourself; less dragged by impulse, more moved by intention. Not necessarily faster and harder, but clearer and more aligned.

Our weekly small-group gatherings offer a space for meaningful conversation and mutual understanding, guided by a shared commitment to self-awareness and inner refinement. Reflective Salons
Our club meets weekly for companionship around growth, books, and everyday emotions. These are reflective gatherings shaped by curiosity, centered on motivation, and emotional accountability.
They’re structured enough to feel held, yet flexible enough to let us shape the mood. You bring your voice, or you don’t. The space meets you as you are.

I’m currently at full capacity for both individual sessions and groups, but I keep a short waiting list and regularly reach out when openings arise.
Individual Work
If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to send a note below. Before we begin any individual work, we always start with a meeting or two to see what’s needed and what feels like the right path forward, whether that’s therapy, coaching, or counseling. We then tailor the process to fit your rhythm, not the other way around.
Group Work
For group work, a short conversation beforehand helps ensure the fit is right. Most groups are open-ended, and new places open as others complete their process. Occasionally, I also form new groups when the timing aligns.
