No system runs well without calibration, your emotions included.

Individuals & Groups

Emotional competence is built through consistent feedback and guided training. The work is yours alone; no one can do it for you, but you can’t spot every bias on your own. Another perspective reveals what you’d otherwise miss. In one-on-one sessions or structured groups, you get a focused setting to examine patterns, pressure-test new strategies, and refine what doesn’t work. The work is practical and goal-driven. We meet online, wherever you are.

One-on-One

Therapy, analysis, and coaching offer a private space to work with precision. We examine the patterns that run you, identify where they break down, and build alternatives that align with your goals. We don't drift with vague reflection but work on mapping your system, stress-testing it, and refining it so it works toward your goals.

How we might begin letting work find its form

Psychoanalysis

Psychoanalysis is the deep work. We trace the origins of your emotional patterns and examine how they influence your performance and relationships. It’s a disciplined process: uncover, analyze, recalibrate. With time, you build a framework that supports better choices and a steadier sense of self.

Counseling

Counseling is practical reflection. We focus on decisions, disruptions, and turning points. The work is to slow down just enough to see the whole picture, weigh your options, and recalibrate your direction. Together, we reframe the problem so the path forward becomes more workable.

Coaching

Coaching is directional work. We define where you are, where you want to be, and the system standing between. Emotions are the signals shaping your attention and actions. You’ll learn to work with them deliberately: less driven by impulse, more aligned with strategy.

Sharpening Skills Together

Some work is hard to do alone. In structured groups, you stress-test ideas, compare strategies, and expose blind spots you wouldn’t catch on your own. The focus is on examining patterns, challenging assumptions, and refining how you operate.

Emotion-Focused Groups

Our weekly groups are built for analysis and application. Each session tackles the real dynamics that shape your performance and relationships. You map emotional patterns, test new approaches, and see how others handle the same pressure points. It’s direct, practical, and disciplined work.

Reflective Salons

These sessions are less about theory and more about practice. We use books, research, and discussion as tools to sharpen thinking, motivation, and accountability. Structured enough to stay on track, flexible enough to adapt to what the group brings. You contribute actively or you observe, and either way, you walk out clearer.

Availability & Inquiries

I’m currently at full capacity for both individual sessions and groups, but I keep a short waiting list and regularly reach out when openings arise.

Please note that I do not work with insurance providers. Sessions are paid privately, and I’m happy to provide an invoice if you’d like to request reimbursement directly from your insurer.

Individual Work

If you’d like to explore working together, send a note below. We begin with one or two initial meetings to define what’s needed and determine whether the right approach is analysis, coaching, or counseling. From there, the process is tailored to your objectives and working style.

Group Work

For groups, a brief conversation beforehand ensures a good fit. Most groups are open-ended, with places opening as members complete their process. New groups are formed when the timing and focus align.

Let me know what draws you in. I’ll be in touch as soon as a space opens that feels like a good match.
