Fees & Practical Information
Session fees, payment details, and the practical arrangements for working together.
Session fees

A 50-minute intake session (€175) is required before individual work or joining a group. It is charged separately from session packages.
Payment
You can pay through Wise, PayPal, or Stripe. I’ll send payment instructions when we arrange your appointment. I don’t accept insurance.
Payment must be received at least 24 hours before your session. If the appointment remains unpaid at that deadline, it is canceled and the time is released. No cancellation fee is owed for an appointment released because of nonpayment.
Cancellations and missed sessions
For paid appointments, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions are charged in full. To cancel or ask to change an appointment, email info@malkaceh.com.
Online sessions
Sessions take place by video. Once we arrange your appointment, I’ll send the details for joining. Individual sessions last 50 or 90 minutes; group meetings last 120 minutes.
Group availability
You can join an existing group when a place becomes available, or a new group once enough people have signed up. I’ll let you know about current openings when you contact me. If there isn’t a place available, you can choose whether you would like me to notify you about future openings.
