I'm an Affectologist. I work online with ambitious individuals worldwide who want to optimize their emotional health, fitness, and functioning to achieve better results in various fields of life, e.g., lifestyle, health, wellness, relationships, career, etc. My approach is science-based. I draw on psychodynamic concepts (unconscious processes, defense dynamics, etc.), developmental and relational theories, and the latest biological insights from evolutionary psychiatry and affective science, evolutionary psychology, and neuroscience. I use psychoanalytic and existential methods, phenomenological research, and motivational interviewing. I'm a Certified NeuroPsychoanalyst, PhD in Evolutionary Anthropology, MSc in Psychotherapy.
